The calculator provides an indicative monthly estimate. Your final proposal confirms the exact scope, licences, onboarding and service boundaries.

How much do managed IT services cost in Australia?

Stanfield One IT-only options start from $36 per user per month. Bundled managed IT and cyber security plans start from $119 per user per month, excluding GST, applicable licences and environment-specific items.

What is included in managed IT services pricing?

From One Essentials upward, pricing includes routine remote and onsite support during standard service hours, plus RMM, patching, cloud administration, backups, cyber security and reporting at the selected level.

Is cyber security included in the managed IT plans?

Yes. Stanfield One bundled plans combine managed IT and cyber security. The calculator also lets you compare different IT and cyber levels according to your operating and risk requirements.

How does per-user IT pricing work?

A monthly service rate applies to each supported person. Routine remote and onsite support during standard service hours are included from One Essentials upward. Infrastructure, product licences, projects, dedicated onsite days and other environment-specific items may be priced separately.

Are remote and onsite support included?

Yes. Routine remote and onsite support during standard service hours are included in One Essentials, One Complete and One Unlimited + AI. Projects, dedicated onsite days, after-hours attendance, cabling, hardware and major changes remain separately scoped.
